How to Build Confidence in Social Situations
·OnlineOnlineWhat This Workshop Is About
Do you ever feel like you're waiting to become more confident before introducing yourself, speaking up, or putting yourself out there socially?
Many people believe confidence is something you either have or you don't. They assume that confident people take action because they feel ready. In reality, confidence isn't something that comes before action—it's something that's built through action. The more you practice showing up, even when you feel uncomfortable, the more evidence you create that you can handle social situations.
In this workshop, we'll explore how confidence is actually built, why your mind often talks you out of taking social risks, and how to stop waiting until you "feel ready." Whether you're trying to make new friends, become more comfortable talking to strangers, improve your dating life, or simply stop avoiding social situations, you'll leave with a practical framework for building confidence one conversation at a time.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What You’ll Learn / Practice
-
Why confidence is the result of action—not the prerequisite for it
-
How to recognize the stories your mind creates and stop treating them like facts
-
A simple framework for choosing connection over avoidance
-
How to take small social risks, even when you feel nervous or uncertain
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What to Expect
This workshop will include teaching, discussion, coaching, and opportunities to ask questions.
Many people attend for the first time feeling nervous or unsure—and that's completely normal. You're welcome to:
- participate actively
- ease in gradually
- observe quietly at first
- ask questions throughout the event
The goal is progress, not perfection.

Body Language That Creates Instant Comfort
·OnlineOnlineWhat This Workshop Is About
Have you ever wondered why some people seem easy to talk to before they've even said much of anything?
The truth is, communication starts long before your first words. The way you stand, make eye contact, smile, move, and use your voice all influence how other people experience you—and even how you experience yourself. The good news is that confident body language isn't about pretending to be someone you're not or putting on a performance. It's about becoming more present, approachable, and comfortable in your own skin.
In this workshop, we'll explore simple, practical ways to improve your body language so you can feel more at ease in social situations and help others feel at ease around you. Whether you're meeting new people, dating, networking, or simply wanting to come across as more confident and approachable, you'll leave with practical skills you can begin using immediately.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What You’ll Learn / Practice
-
How your body language shapes first impressions before you even speak
-
Natural eye contact, posture, and vocal habits that create comfort and connection
-
How to appear more approachable without forcing confidence or "faking it"
-
Why assuming you're welcome is more powerful than seeking permission or fearing rejection
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What to Expect
This workshop will include teaching, discussion, coaching, and opportunities to ask questions.
Many people attend for the first time feeling nervous or unsure—and that's completely normal. You're welcome to:
- participate actively
- ease in gradually
- observe quietly at first
- ask questions throughout the event
The goal is progress, not perfection.
