Tired of "boring" networking and being sold to? We are too. At Connect For Lunch, we believe referrals happen when people know, like, and trust each other. We aren't here to swap business cards—we’re here to build a "referral-generating engine" with friends and power partners.

The Game Plan:

• 11:45 AM | Arrive & Order: Please arrive early to grab your lunch, snag a seat, and enjoy some low-pressure conversation. We start promptly at 12:00 PM to ensure everyone can get back to their day on time.
• The 45-Second Spotlight: Share your "Why" and your story. Tell us who you are and what you do, but lead with your purpose rather than a sales pitch.
• Peer-to-Peer Learning: We crowd-source our education. Each week, a member requested topic for a 10-minute roundtable "deep dive" leads to great conversation and ideas.
• The Referral Exchange: We pass cards, announce upcoming workshops, and share our weekly wins. We want to hear what’s working for you and celebrate the referrals that have turned into business.

### A Note on Our Culture

This is a relationship-first group. If you’re looking to "swoop in," collect cards, and then cold-call everyone on the list, we probably aren’t the right fit. We focus on building bonds during lunch and encourage 1-on-1 meetings outside of our weekly gatherings to truly strengthen our partnerships.
