"Don't suffer in silence"

This September, we welcome a new community space for anyone navigating grief. Inspired by Francis Weller’s "The Wild Edge of Sorrow", our group is founded on the belief that healing happens best in the presence of others.

On Tuesday, September 30th, we’ll gather in a circle of open-hearted listeners to share our stories without cross-talk or judgement, honoring grief in its many forms—whether it’s the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a dream, or simply the weight of living in uncertain times. You don’t have to carry it alone.

WHAT
We will be opening the night with a reading and then laying ground rules for sharing. No cross-talk. No advice-giving. Just listening. Letting our compassionate attention do the healing work. Our circle of sharing will take up most of the evening, after which we will close with a reading, collecting donations, and community announcements.

WHERE
The group will be held at East Denver Vineyard Neighborhood Church (1580 N Gaylord St, side door on 16th Ave).
