Litchfield ride and Bantam Lake paddle

Details
Come for Scenic ride around Litchfield, Morris, and Tyler Lake and then a nice paddle around Bantam. This is a dual eval so feel free to join any portion or all of the event.
We will start out day biking 36.7 miles with 2926' of climbing at a pace of 12-14 mph, faster on the flats and slower on the hills. Three miles of this ride is unpaved so it is best to have a little wider tires than road tires. This ride also has a lot of hills as well.
E-bikes are welcome.
Meet at 8;30 and be prepared to roll at 9:00 sharp!
Please make sure you bring plenty of water and snacks to get you through the ride. Also, bring extra tubes and supplies to deal with any mechanical issues you might have.
This is a no drop ride, so make sure you download the route if you can't keep the pace. We will regroup at the top of major
hills.https://ridewithgps.com/routes/51621847
After the ride and bring a lawn or beach chair and lunch for fellowship with your fellow riders. We will have lunch at the park at Litchfield Community field.
At 2:30 we will start our paddling portion of the event at the public boat launch at Bantam Lake, 48-54 Palmer Rd., Morris, CT 06763.
Feel free to bring a kayak or a paddle board for 6 miles around the lake at a pace of 20 minute miles. If you can't paddle that fast then cut your route a little shorter.
After the paddle join us in Litchfield for ice cream at Arethusa!
