First Friday Swing
Details
This is an East coast swing event. This is a very popular event and they usually have a great band to dance. This month's band is the Red Satin Band with 12 members with all different instruments. You do not need a partner and everyone dances with everyone. We are always looking for new dancers to grow our dance. The cost for the evening is 15 dollars.
There is a beginner lesson from 7:00-8:00 and the dance is from 8:00-11:00. If you are going to take the lesson make sure you get there ahead of time. Chele and I will be at the lesson and the dance.
After the lesson, I will be available to newcomers for questions and practice.
Our group will meet together in the back left hand corner of the dance room if you are facing the stage. I will be wearing a black Nike shirt.
