Housatonic and Shepaug River Gravel ride.

This is an exploratory ride for me. I am looking to find routes with mostly gravel roads and remote regions to get away from cars. This ride is 37 miles with 3327' of elevation gain. The pace will be 12-13mph. 56% of this ride is unpaved roads. This route will follow the Housatonic river and the Shepaug river at Steep Rock preserve.
Meet at 10;00 and wheels are rolling at 10:30.
You should have a gravel or mountain bike for this ride.
E bikes are welcome and might be necessary for the amount of elevation gain in this ride.
Please have spare tubes and anything you need for any mechanical issues during the ride.
Everyone should be able to take care of themselves. Ride leaders are just responsible for leading the group.
In case of rain, we will switch this ride to Sunday April 12 same time and place.
