Do you have a family member or friend who wants to get in shape but doesn't know how to start? Help get them walking or jogging. \

Using CoolRunning.com’s Couch To 5K program we introduce people to jogging and getting fit. The program gradually moves you from walking at your own pace to jogging at your own pace. \

FREE 10-week program to get you from the couch to running a 5K (3.1 miles).
Anyone from the community can participate.
Led by experienced runners.
Mondays through Thursdays 6pm-6:30pm; Sundays 8am-8:30am
30 minute time commitment (3 days a week)
Nutrition nights for learning how to snack and replenish your body after a run
Goal of jogging and finishing a 5K
NOTE: We will start our Fall SEASON on Monday, Aug 26th at 6pm.
(Please consult your doctor if you have a health or medical condition that prevents you from exercising.)
Encourage those you love to get “off the couch” and join you in the great sport of running. Come have some fun! Bring a water bottle and join the group at the Assabet River Rail Trail in Marlborough. (Please park in the municipal parking lot next to 72 Jefferson Street, Marlborough.)
Since September 2012, we have had 600 people join us and over 300 people successfully complete a 5K race. People from all levels of walking and jogging are welcome to join us.
