About us
Many people reach a point in adult life where connection becomes harder than expected.
Friendships take more effort. Communities change.
And it’s not always obvious where we truly belong.
The Connection Circle is a space to explore these questions together.
Through online conversations and workshops, we look at topics such as:
• Making friends as an adult
• Building meaningful relationships
• Finding community and belonging
• Navigating social transitions in your 30s and beyond
• Putting yourself out there in ways that feel authentic
Along the way, the aim is also to equip you with ideas, perspectives, and practical tools to help you build the kinds of connections and communities you want in your life.
Some events will be more reflective. Others more practical.
But the goal is always the same: helping people think more intentionally about connection and belonging.
About the different types of sessions
The Connection Circle includes two types of events:
Open sessions (free to attend)
These are more accessible and tend to have a larger number of participants. They explore different aspects of connection, belonging, and community in a more open format.
Guided workshops
These sessions run slightly longer and include more time for reflective exercises. With a smaller group, there is also more opportunity for interaction via the chat and engagement with the host.
The group is hosted by Tim Delure, a coach focusing on connection and belonging.
Everyone is welcome.

Relationships with Intention: Boundaries & Meaningful Connection
·OnlineOnlinePlease note: This session is designed as a guided talk rather than an interactive workshop. You'll be invited to reflect on your own experience throughout, but most of the session will involve listening and reflection.
Many of us want deeper, more meaningful relationships in our lives.
But how do we create connection that feels healthy, genuine, and aligned with who we actually are?Sometimes we find ourselves saying yes when we mean maybe.
Overgiving.
Holding back what we really feel.
Or staying in dynamics that leave us feeling drained, confused, or not fully ourselves. And over time, that can mean:
• relationships feel more complicated than fulfilling
• closeness feels difficult to sustain
• or we lose sight of what we actually want and need in connectionIn adult life, meaningful relationships often grow not just through chemistry or effort,
but through clarity:
clarity about what matters to us, what we’re available for, and the kinds of relationships we want to build.
This session is part of the Reconnection Circle,
a series of guided sessions exploring connection, belonging, and community in modern life.In this 45-minute session, we’ll explore the role boundaries and intentionality play in creating healthier, more meaningful relationships.
Format
This session is designed as a guided talk rather than an interactive workshop.
You'll be invited to reflect on your own experience throughout, and there may be a couple of optional chat prompts along the way, but most of the session will involve listening and reflection.
To keep things smooth given the size of the group:
• participants will remain on mute throughout
• interaction will primarily take place through optional chat prompts
• questions are welcome during the Q&A at the end
• due to the size of the group and limited time, I may not be able to answer every questionDuring the session, we'll explore:
• what healthy boundaries actually are (and what they’re not)
• why we sometimes struggle to express needs or limits in relationships
• what it means to approach relationships with more intention
• how to recognise the kinds of dynamics that help you feel more like yourselfThe ideas in this session draw on The Reconnection Journey,
a framework I use with coaching clients to help people move from disconnection to belonging. What to expect
The session will run for around 45 minutes and will include:
• a simple framework for thinking about boundaries and intentionality in relationships
• guided reflection prompts to apply this to your own experience
• a clearer way of understanding what helps relationships feel healthier and more fulfillingPratical Details
