Life, Relationships & Mental Health
Location not specified yetWelcome to Connection Collective – Treasure Valley, a community gathering for anyone interested in building healthier relationships, improving emotional well-being, and connecting with others in a thoughtful, welcoming environment.
I'm a licensed therapist serving the Treasure Valley, and I'll facilitate each discussion by sharing practical tools, clinical insights, and conversation starters drawn from my experience working with individuals, couples, and families. These gatherings are educational and community-focused—not group therapy—and everyone is welcome to participate at whatever level feels comfortable.
This is a community access initiative. There is no cost to attend, and I don't receive payment for hosting these meetups. My goal is simple: create a space where people can learn, exchange ideas, ask questions, and build stronger connections within our community.
Each meetup is designed as an open discussion. Rather than lectures, we'll explore real-life topics together, hear different perspectives, and discover practical ways to navigate life's challenges. You may leave with a new way of looking at a situation, a skill you can immediately apply, or simply the reassurance that you're not alone.
Topics may include:- Dating and modern relationships
- Marriage and long-term partnerships
- Communication and conflict resolution
- Friendships and family dynamics
- Emotional intelligence and self-awareness
- Anxiety, stress, and burnout
- Depression and emotional wellness
- Boundaries and healthy relationships
- Confidence and self-esteem
- Loneliness and social connection
- Parenting and life transitions
- Personal growth and resilience
- Any other relationship or mental health topics the group would like to explore
Whether you're single, dating, married, navigating family relationships, or simply interested in understanding yourself and others more deeply, you'll find a respectful environment where curiosity, compassion, and practical conversation are encouraged.
Come as you are. Bring your questions, your experiences, or simply your willingness to listen. Together, we'll build a stronger, healthier, and more connected Treasure Valley—one conversation at a time. The location for this meeting will be at:
