Through guided meditation, circular dance, and partner exercises, we explore presence, trust, joy, and connection with ourselves and others!

Who is it for?
Beginners welcome! No prior dance or meditation experience needed
You may join alone or with loved ones
Family-friendly (kids and seniors are welcome)
Activities involve optional partner/group interaction
Exercises involving touch are always optional and guided with consent
