Who is it for?

  • Beginners welcome! No prior dance or meditation experience needed
  • You may join alone or with loved ones
  • Family-friendly (kids and seniors are welcome)
  • Activities involve optional partner/group interaction
  • Exercises involving touch are always optional and guided with consent

Event Programme

  • 10 min - Welcoming words, settling
  • 10 min - Enter into your body, guided meditation
  • 45 min - Circular dance flows, connect with the loved ones, contact improv elements
  • Bathroom break
  • 30 min - Reflection and relaxation guided meditation
  • Closing words
