Realizations at Realization Point - 20s and 30s

Details
I recently returned from a 7-day silent meditation retreat held completely outdoors in the Rocky Mountains. It inspired me to move the next journaling group outdoors! The theme for this event will be increasing your presence and connection to nature.
For ease of parking, we'll meet at Artist's Point up the road: https://www.alltrails.com/explore/trail/us/colorado/artist-point
From there, we'll go for a short walk. The plan is to sit on the ground or on rocks, so please bring a camping chair or something soft to sit on if you'd like. If it rains, the event is still on! There's a sheltered pavilion nearby we'll go to.
This biweekly journaling group is designed for people in their 20s and 30s to reflect on their life, think about where they’re headed, and crystallize the thoughts and ideas that often appear in their heads.
Journaling is something I’ve heard a lot of people say, I love doing it, but I haven’t done it in a while.
Writing is a great way to ponder and process deeper questions that need more time. Sharing within a group is a powerful way to relate to and witness others while fostering connection.
As we hear about the decisions, challenges, and successes of others, we learn about ourselves as we make pieces of their stories our own.
General format:
- Writing warm-up
- 3 - 5 journal prompts
- Sharing and discussion after each prompt
- Open floor and time for conversation
Bring a journal and a pen!!
Experienced journalers, those who want to get back into it, or first-time journalers are welcome. Sharing is encouraged but not required. Sometimes we’ll share with the group or in pairs.

"When we come together and share our stories, it expands our notion of what is possible. It changes the person telling the story, it changes whoever is listening to the story, and it changes how we understand our own story." Al-Jen Pod
