Our last online discussion, “Do we still know how to flirt over 40?”, brought together 112 people — and one thing became very clear:
this conversation was far from over.

I even said at the start of that call it could’ve easily been a five-hour discussion, and based on the feedback, questions and energy in the room… you agreed.

So we’re back.
This time, we’re going deeper and getting more practical.

For Part 2, I’ve invited Dan Narcisse, SOULMATED MeetUp organizer and facilitator, to join me as co-host — bringing a grounded masculine perspective alongside the feminine, so we can explore flirting, signals and connection from both sides of the experience.

What We’ll Explore Together
This is an interactive, participatory conversation, not a lecture.
We’ll focus on:

• How to flirt in ways that feel natural, respectful and conscious.

• Ways to build confidence without crossing boundaries or shutting down.

This session is about real-world tools, shared insight and honest conversation — grounded in self-awareness, emotional intelligence and mutual respect.

Both Dan and I run these MeetUps freely and intentionally because we believe conscious connection matters — especially as we get older and dating feels more complex.
