- Authentic Relating Games on the PlazaTemple Buddhist Center, Kansas City, MO
Join us for an afternoon of Authentic Relating games and practices. In a time where we are more connected, and equally distracted, by technology, there is a growing need for meaningful connections within Sangha. By taking the time to be fully present with others and engaging in genuine, heartfelt conversations, we can foster a greater sense of connection, and intentional community.

What is Authentic Relating
Authentic Relating “games” are interactive exercises done in pairs, or groups, and are designed to help participants go beyond the small talk while exploring deeper levels of connection. They encourage a practice of open communication, active listening, empathy, vulnerability, and self-discovery. They will challenge, and support, you in stepping outside of your comfort zone, in making new friends, and in experiencing the many facets of human connection.About the Hosts
