Healing the Earth Star and Root Chakras is a beautiful practice.

It involves a combination of physical, emotional, and spiritual practices which restores balance to these energy centers.

The Earth Star Chakra and the Root Chakra are both vital for grounding and stability, but they serve distinct yet complementary roles within the energy system. The Root Chakra, located at the base of the spine, governs fundamental survival instincts, a sense of safety, and belonging within one's immediate environment or tribe, connecting the individual to the physical world.

In contrast, the Earth Star Chakra, situated approximately six to twelve inches below the feet and beneath the Root Chakra, acts as a deeper, more direct anchor into the Earth's core, functioning as the primary grounding point for the entire chakra system and the etheric body.

While both chakras contribute to grounding, the Earth Star Chakra is considered transpersonal, fostering a connection not just to the physical body but also to the planet Earth, all of humanity, and past lives, creating a sense of universal belonging. Its energy is linked to the Earth's core and is resonates at the same frequency as the Schumann resonance, electromagnetically aligning the individual with the planet.

Gayatri’s sound and voicework are amazing gifts to this universe and I’ve been lucky to experience them on number of occasions. I was completely new to chanting but her approach is very relaxed and easygoing. I grew up believing I’m terrible at singing but as Gayatri says – “It’s not singing, it’s chanting…!” so just go along with it and enjoy the experience.

"God knows from now on what chanting will bring into my life or where will take me to, but for sure what I know is that the sound of the human voice and drums is something that really uplifts and connects me with my deepest and broadest self.
