Are you looking to discuss topics that are deeper or even taboo in most casual social settings? Think along the lines of own personal development, our emotional health, personal finances, professional situations, or even our own intuitive guidance.

The Conscious Connections series intends to connect individuals of different perspectives, opinions and backgrounds, which can offer us growth opportunities or help us feel less alone as we seek our own unique life paths. In other words, this is a social connection mixer for growth-mindset people, not a group discussion. The theme questions are purely to get us synced.

How do I know if this event is right for me?
Can I be loving towards people I may not necessarily agree with? Am I interested in learning and understanding instead of arguing my viewpoints, preaching my lifestyle or discrediting others? Do I see beyond the political extremism on both sides of the spectrum? Does 'civil discourse' resonate with me? Am I attending to give validation, encouragement and my attention at least as much as I take it? If yes, you're off to a good start!

About the Venue
If you're not into coffee, no problem! Civil Pour has quite a food menu as well as a host of other beverages including teas, beer and much more, so feel free to do your own thing! We start group activities at around 7:15-7:20PM and may move outside depending on weather and attendee preference.

While we strive to follow universal spiritual principles and virtues, we are NOT affiliated with any business, religious, or spiritual organizations. Our goal is to facilitate quality recurring weekly social time between growth-oriented people.
