Conscious Impact Leader — South Florida
This group is for entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, veterans, and professionals in South Florida who are done choosing between purpose and profit — and ready to build both at once.
Conscious Impact Leader is a face-to-face community built on a simple premise: the most powerful conversations happen in a room. Not a webinar. Not a Facebook group. A room with real people, real goals, and real accountability.
No pitch-fests. No fluff. Honest conversation and peer accountability from people who show up with intention.
We meet the 1st and 3rd Fridays of every month at Center for Spiritual Living Fort Lauderdale — 4849 North Dixie Hwy, Oakland Park — from 7:30 to 9:00am. You're out before your workday starts.
What we talk about: building enterprises that generate real revenue and real impact. Conscious leadership in practice. Financial sustainability. Legacy over income. The intersection of mission and wealth — not as opposing forces, but as a proven sequence.
Who shows up: small business owners, nonprofit executives, veterans in their second act, and anyone who has felt the ceiling that comes from doing everything right and still not building something that lasts. If you're tired of going it alone — this is your room.
The right people matter more than more people. Space is intentionally limited.
Attendance is free. Coffee, juice, water, and bagels are waiting when you arrive. A free-will donation to our host venue, CSL-FTL, is always welcome and never required.

Seven sessions in. One more before we declare what was built.
No mission scales alone.
The leaders who build lasting enterprises do not do it by being the best individual in the room. They do it by building the right room — a strategic ecosystem of partners, collaborators, and allies who amplify each other's mission and capacity.
Session 7 goes deep on Strategic Partnerships — how to identify them, approach them, structure them through Conscious Agreements, and build the systems that hold them over time. We will also address scaling: how to move from founder-dependent operations to systems that run without you at the center of every decision.
This session also prepares the room for August 21. Come ready to share one specific result from your time in this community. Not a story — a number. Revenue gained, grant secured, partnership formed, open cycle closed, limiting belief dissolved.
The State of Conscious Impact is two weeks away. This session is the preparation.
