Welcome to Session 3 of Conscious Impact Leader — South Florida.

NOTE: This session is the 4th Friday because Vince is not available on the 3rd Friday of May. This meeting is Friday 22 MAY! Thank you for the flexibility.

Two sessions in. The foundation is set. Now we build the identity.

Most businesses fail to grow not because they lack skill — but because no one knows what category they belong to.

Category design is not branding. It is not your elevator pitch. It is the specific, ownable position you occupy in the minds of the people you are built to serve. When your category is clear, the right people find you. When it is unclear, everyone is a maybe and no one is a yes.

Session 3 goes deep on who you serve, why they choose you, and how to articulate your category with the confidence that turns browsers into believers.

If this is your first time — you are not behind. You are right on time. If you have been with us since April 17 — the foundation work from Sessions 1 and 2 is about to pay dividends. Bring someone who belongs in this room.

This is a face-to-face gathering for entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, veterans, and professionals who are building purpose and profit in the same conversation. No pitch-fests. No fluff. Real people, real goals, real accountability.
