Welcome to Session 4 of Conscious Impact Leader — South Florida.

Three sessions in. The foundation is set. The category is defined. Now we declare.

Knowing your category is the map. Declaring your voice is the flag you plant on the territory.

Session 4 activates your personal mission statement — not as a document that lives in a drawer, but as a living declaration that governs every offer you make, every price you set, and every client or donor you invite into your work.

We will build your Signature Offer — the specific, structured expression of your category in the marketplace. We will price it from abundance, not scarcity. And we will identify your Zone of Genius — the intersection of what you do brilliantly, what the market needs, and what aligns with your mission.

Most leaders undercharge because they have not yet declared their worth. Friday we fix that.

This is a face-to-face gathering for entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, veterans, and professionals who are building purpose and profit in the same conversation. No pitch-fests. No fluff. Real people, real goals, real accountability.
