Welcome to Session 2 of Conscious Impact Leader — South Florida

Our kickoff on April 17 launched the movement. This is where we clear the ground it stands on.

You cannot build on cluttered ground.

The Law of Open Cycles states that what isn't consciously closed or activated stays in limbo — consuming time, energy, and opportunity you don't realize is already spoken for. Every stalled venture, unresolved partnership, unmade decision, and unfinished conversation is quietly draining the energy you need for what comes next.

Session 2 does the inner spring cleaning that most leaders never stop to do. We name the open cycles. We close what needs to be closed. We release what is holding us to the old baseline. And we establish the Conscious Agreements that will govern how this room operates — and how we operate in our businesses and organizations.

If you were at Session 1 — this is the necessary next step. If this is your first time — the door is open. You are right on time.

This is a face-to-face gathering for entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, veterans, and professionals who are building purpose and profit in the same conversation. No pitch-fests. No fluff. Real people, real goals, real accountability.

7:30 AM — Doors open | Coffee, juice, water & bagels available
7:45 AM — Program begins
8:45 AM — Program closes
9:00 AM — Open networking | Out the door
