Leaders go first. They experiment. They try new things. They work on themselves. They strive to rehumanize workplaces where people can be their whole selves. They want more great work: the one that brings meaning and impact. They do their best to make a positive impact to the people around them, the communities, the planet.

We call them Conscious Leaders, Sustainability Leaders, Regenerative Leaders and the organizations they are shaping are often call Teal Organizations (from F. Laloux's classification).

In this Meetup group we discuss - and more importantly we practice - new ways of leading. The Conscious Leaders Dojo is a space where aspiring Conscious Leaders come together to practice essential skills like self-awareness, leadership styles, motivation, decision making, feedback, mindfulness, meaningful conversations, shadow work...
