Flow Training or Flow60 is a moving meditation designed to help you release tension, silence your mind, and let go of trapped emotions in 60 minutes.
Created by Mike Chang, the practice has 4 parts:
- Tap Massage
- Strength Training
- Stretching
- Breathwork & Meditation
This is a fun and dynamic practice that helps you relieve stress and cultivate inner peace, while moving your body in nature.
I recommend you to bring a yoga mat or a towel to practice on.
All fitness levels are welcome!
