Join us for a Yoga session outdoors, designed to help you release the day's stress, stretch out stiffness, and reconnect with yourself — right in the heart of nature.
We’ll flow through:
🌿 A short guided meditation
🧘♀ Deep and energetic yoga poses
🌬 Pranayama (breathwork) technique to reset your mind and body
Whether you're coming straight from work or need a pause — this session is your space to relax, breathe, and come back home to yourself.
