Feeling tired, disconnected, or out of balance?

Flow60 is a moving meditation designed to help you release tension, silence your mind, and let go of trapped emotions in 60 minutes.

Created by Mike Chang, the practice has 4 parts:

- Tap Massage
- Strength Training
- Stretching
- Breathwork & Meditation

This is a fun and dynamic practice that helps you relieve stress and cultivate inner peace, while training your body.

This week, our focus will be on playfulness and joy. We'll do 3-4 movement games in groups followed by a free-flow practice with music.

All fitness levels are welcome!

Schedule:

  • 17:15 - 17:30: Arriving and settling in
  • 17:30 - 18:40: Playful Flow60 Practice
  • 18:40 - 19:00: Q&A & Closing Circle
