Feeling tired, disconnected, or out of balance?

Flow60 is a moving meditation designed to help you release tension, silence your mind, and let go of trapped emotions in 60 minutes.

Created by Mike Chang, the practice has 4 parts:

- Tap Massage
- Strength Training
- Stretching
- Breathwork & Meditation

This is a fun and dynamic practice that helps you relieve stress and cultivate inner peace, while moving your body in community.

Each session will have a unique flow to it (ex: Viking Flow). I also recommend bringing a yoga mat or a towel to practice on.

All fitness levels are welcome!

The practices will take place indoors. We'll meet in Humlegården at 10:00 and walk to the indoor location from there.
