Feeling tired, disconnected, or out of balance?

Flow60 is a moving meditation designed to help you release tension, silence your mind, and let go of trapped emotions in 60 minutes.

Created by [Mike Chang](https://www.instagram.com/mikechangofficial/), the practice has 4 parts:

\- Tap Massage
\- Strength Training
\- Stretching
\- Breathwork & Meditation

This is a fun and dynamic practice that helps you relieve stress and cultivate inner peace, while training your body.

**Each session will have a unique flow to it (ex: Viking Flow).** All fitness levels are welcome and modifications will be provided if needed.

I also recommend bringing a yoga mat or a towel to practice on 🧘‍♂️

**The sessions will take place indoors.** We'll meet in Humlegården at 10:00 and walk to the indoor location from there.

For those who want to connect deeper in community, we always have lunch together in a healthy restaurant afterwards 😊
