We begin with a gentle opening circle to arrive and set intentions for the day.
🤸 Flow60 Practice & Partner Yoga
Ground and awaken your energy with a combination of qi gong, partner yoga, and breathwork.
🥣 Vegetarian Brunch
A healthy brunch to nourish the body and connect with each other.
🔥 Lunar New Year Talk & Self-Inquiry
A reflective talk on the themes and energies of the Fire Horse year, followed by guided journaling and small group sharing to explore what this new cycle holds for you.
🌿 TCM Self-Massage Practice
Learn and experience Traditional Chinese Medicine pressure points for self-massage to support balance, focus, and vitality.

We close the journey together and step into our next chapter!
