### What we will practice

All practices are based on 3 pillars: breath, sound and movement. It allows the current of energy to flow freely in your body. Agni Chandra curates each session based on:

meditative presence

conscious connected breath

yogic breathing

undulation of the spine

*application of energetic locks *

Practices are based on the principle of deep connection with the body through felt sense. We activate our primal energy and we channel it up the spine to the heart and higher energy centers.

### Introduction to the 4 Practices of Daily Tantric Devotion

With Tantric Breathwork practices we ground ourselves in the presence through the body. We open to the flow of life through conscious connected breath. The flow of energy that comes with the breath and spinal undulation redirects our sexual energy to the heart and higher energy centers. You are guided into the pure experience through the body to finally transcend the body into the meditative state of being.

Free Voicing is a practice that opens up one of the most contracted energy centers - the throat. After grounding and heart centering meditation, we open the pathway of the breath using ancient yogic breathing. That allows the body to reconnect with the most healthy and beneficial way of breathing that is often forgotten.

How does it work?
Using zoom breakout rooms we will pair you one-on-one with each partner where you will connect for 15 minutes. You are encouraged to use our questions to get to know the other person. The time allows you to really get to know each other, gives you the space to explore each question deeply if desired and explore many questions. Each conversation is unique and unpredictable. While we provide the questions, you are also free to take the conversation in any direction you chose.
At the end you are welcome to stay and continue talking as a group in the main room.

Come and join me for some energising Yoga, healing Qi gong and relaxing meditation and connect with some lovely people. This is your “me” time to nourish your mind, body and spirit, release energy blockages holding you back, heal your body and lift your spirits ☺️

I have been running this special class since lockdown and have a group of regular people who attend (which doesn’t show on RSVP). We have created a beautiful high vibrational energy in this class that is healing, nurturing and uplifting.

🌺 Yoga is known to help release tension from the muscles where we hold stress, this in turn releases tension from the mind. We will do spiritual yoga which is the traditional form of yoga. It’s gentle, slow, meditation in movement.

🌺 Qi gong is an ancient Chinese healing practice which is gentle yet powerful at calming the mind, clearing energy blockages and healing the body. We will do various movements each week such as techniques that help with digestion & adrenal glands to restore your energy that I will share intuitively where I feel guided.

🌺 Donna Eden energy exercises are a form of gentle movements that help boost the immune system and clear stuck energy which causes low mood and lack of motivation. We also do chakra clearing to help you to feel more emotionally balanced.

🌺 Meditation to help calm mind chatter and breathing exercises to calm the nervous system and lift the mood. I also guide you through a gratitude practice at the end that helps you to manifest what you desire!

ENERGY EXCHANGE~ £6 only. Although this is a very uplifting healing class that is of high value, I keep the price low so that it’s accessible to everyone 😊

What you need to bring
If you have a yoga Matt that’s great, if not you can do the exercises on the floor. I recommend investing in a yoga Matt so you can do the floor movements comfortably. Amazon and EBay sell reasonably priced yoga matts from £10. Please also have a cushion nearby as you may need it for some movements.

**By participating in this class you agree to take full responsibility for your health and even though this class is gentle, contacting your doctor if you have a medical condition which you are concerned about may affect your ability to participate. You are advised to listen to your body during the class & do what feels comfortable. You are welcome to sit during many of the qi gong moves, it will be just as powerful.

There are no refunds but if you cannot make a class for any reason you’re welcome to attend another class.
