Writing to Awaken | with MARK MATOUSEK
Details
ConsciousCafe is delighted to offer you this unique online event for writers at every level with internationally acclaimed teacher and author Mark Matousek.
During this conversation and mini-workshop, Mark will talk about Writing to Awaken — his transformative method of self-inquiry — and guide you through essential practices designed to prompt insight and reveal obsolete narratives that limit self-awareness and personal freedom.
The exercises in this workshop will help you distinguish between your life situation and the stories you tell about your experience. This will help you to:
- Identify aspects of your story you'd like to change
- Understand the trajectory of your life narrative(s)
- Locate areas of misalignment and inauthenticity
- See how fear and desire impact your identity
- Practice writing as a pathway to insight and healing
Judy says: 'I was lucky enough to attend one of Mark's workshops and, as a result, I was inspired to write more honestly from my heart - and my book was subsequently published and won an award.'
A recording of the event is included in your ticket price.
