Ecstatic Dance Berkshire has been running for 3 years.
One word that often comes up in our closing circles is...
Medicine. The combination of heart opening cacao, conscious movement and a non judgmental, safe space... creates a magical opening where we feel able to reveal our true selves.
Our Ecstatic Dance Berkshire Medicine Dance was born in 2024 when a group of beautiful souls gathered together to dance, connect, experience true freedom and heal, in this hidden paradise in Windlesham. When? Saturday 20 December 945am to 430pm
(If you'd like to stay and camp the night in this magical space either in a tent, or a van, please choose the ticket with camping )

What's included in the full day?
Cacao Cocooning Ceremony, Hypnotic Hibernation Soundscape, Root of Transformation Flow, Metamorphosis Ecstatic Dance, The Portal for Joy, Woodland Fires & Tea to keep us warm. Vegan and gluten free warm lunch.
Bring a sleeping bag and get cosy with us during the resting parts of the journey! Hot water bottles welcome at your own risk! We'll have fires going in the woods to keep us snug!

• Arrivals from 945am
• 10am Event Starts
• Cacao Cocooning Ceremony with Alison
• Hypnotic Hibernation Soundscape with David and Alison (live music, gong, didgeridoo, flute, other instruments)
• Root of Tranformation Flow with Federica (gentle flow with pranayama and essential oils)
• Metamorphosis Ecstatic Dance with Alison (with live PA)
• Lunch (Vegan and Gluten Free)
Portal for Joy Workshop with Cinthia
• PLUS Time to swim in the lake or wander in the woodlands
• 5pm- Event ends
• Please book a camping ticket if you'd like to stay for an additional £15 a night (tent or van)
