We have something on offer every Tuesday evening at Binfield Memorial Hall! 1st Tuesday - Sound Bath with Alison 2nd Tuesday - Women's Circle 3rd Tuesday - Sound Bath & Divine Healing 4th Tuesday - Healing Circle with Cinthia---Using a particular method of playing, Sound Therapy can influence brainwaves and enable us to enter altered states of consciousness (ASC). This can bring benefits such as an improvement in our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing , reduced depression and anxiety and better sleep. Sound Therapy can allow us to release physical, emotional and mental tension, and help us to move back into balance. WHEN AND WHERE: This is a 1 hour session at Binfield Memorial Hall. There is parking. PLEASE BRING: Yoga mat, blanket and cushion/pillow to rest on and anything else you'd like to make yourself cosy and comfortable. You may like to bring an eye mask if you have one, and a bolster for under your knees. Wear comfy clothes.
