New Years Day Ecstatic Dance Celebration with Sound Bath

Come and celebrate the New Year with us at this lovely indoor venue, with a pretty outdoor garden.
We'll begin our journey with a held silence, leading into a cacao ceremony with a meditation to practice gratitude.
David (The Didge Guy) will lead us through the first of two movement journeys with a soundscape, offering a chance to connect with your self deeply and tune into intentions.
We'll pause for journalling and a light snack, before heading into our Ecstatic Dance, embodying your limitless potential for the coming year.
We'll finish with a Sound Bath and there'll then be some time to socialise over soup if you wish to stay.
