This journey has the intention to guide you into the deep waters of your inner world through a blindfolded movement meditation that starts with an individual dance to connect with your emotions and body sensations to then move into a partner dance where one surrenders to the guidance of the other, letting go of any kind of resistances or blocks around control and the unknown.
The journey moves into a group blindfolded dance where we let go of any labels, judgments and prejudices around others and ourselves, ending in a collective joyful and transformative experience where Unity stops being a mere concept to become an embodied real experience.
Adrián Yozéf aka YoZéF Dragon is a Costa Rican embodiment facilitator, ceremonial DJ, and multidimensional artist with over 13 years of experience guiding transformative experiences through movement, ritual, and sound. Rooted in the Ecstatic Dance and Yoga tradition yet fiercely original, his offerings blend somatic inquiry, blindfolded journeys, elemental embodiment, and a ceremonial approach to dance that inspires people to feel safe when awakening the raw intelligence of the body and the spirit within. He has studied Hatha, Raja, Ashtanga and Kundalini Yoga which has led him to understand the energetic body in his personal movement practice spanning 14 years. He has also practiced other movement disciplines such as Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Contact Dance, Contemporary Dance and has received a certified immersion in Dance Therapy. As a facilitator, he is known by the intentional use of his voice - soothing, evocative, and rhythmically attune - to naturally and effortlessly create safe, light-spirited, and fun containers for participants to explore the mysteries of the body, heal through presence, and reclaim their full expressive aliveness. Inviting to move from a place of authenticity and embodied freedom.
Together we co-create a safe container, offering respect to our fellow dancers and their space, keeping to the guidelines of no chat, no shoes, no drugs, no alcohol.
