Love In Motion - Valentines Eve 5Rhythms

We shall inaugurate 5Rhythms at the Dance Loft on 14 with a 2 hour Valentine's eve class on Saturday Feb 14th. (This is now confirmed.)

Love In Motion will take us on a journey through a fuller awareness & appreciation of our own being towards loving attention to each other.

Richard Jerram's Dance Into Life is a call to dance the 5Rhythm Wave for self-development, freedom and community. There are no steps to learn & it can be enjoyed by everyone regardless of age, fitness, ability, or experience.
