We begin with guided breathwork, led to help you unravel layers of stored emotion, tension, and energetic weight. Through conscious breathing, you’ll create space for what’s been buried to decompose — making way for clarity, vitality, and peace.

As you enter the integration phase, you’ll be immersed in the healing resonance of crystal singing bowls, played intuitively to anchor and integrate your transformation. The frequencies support cellular harmony, helping you root into stillness and rise with renewed alignment.

Lindsay is a breathwork facilitator, sound healer, intuitive guide, space holder, and educator. She has been on a path of healing and self actualization for over 15 years and is passionate about creating spaces for people to come together and heal in community. She earned Breathwork Healer Certification (Levels 1-5) with David Elliott at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY. She is also trained in Acutonics sound healing, medicinal aromatherapy, spiritual psychology, plant medicine integration, and music education. The combination of Reiki and Sound is a powerful method used to attune your mind, body and spirit to higher frequencies and open up your energy channels (chakras and meridians) to flow freely by removing blockages.

Join us in taking an expansive inner journey immersed in an hour of harmonic crystal bowl sound frequencies for mind, body, and soul healing. All the while, you will also receive the universal energy healing called Reiki from Reiki Master Patty Lai, which will help re-balance the energies in the body to heal itself.

We will balance your 7 main energy centers (chakras) to improve the flow of energy around the body which will enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing, and enable connective experiences.

It is in the cells of the body that we hold the emotional wounds and traumas of our lives and the function of energy healing is to excavate, release, refresh and renew.

By clearing blockages and releasing these painful experiences we make room for LIGHT, creating healing, and higher vibration and frequency within. Which allows more freedom and authenticity in our lives! During each session, we will set intentions to manifest desired outcomes.

Resting comfortably in a crystalline sound warp, attendees will experience the frequencies and harmonies of crystal singing bowls and settle into an ultra relaxing brainwave state where healing, revelations, and magic can happen.

In 2015, Patty discovered Reiki and has never looked back. It has truly been a magical journey! Originally, Patty began taking a Reiki Restorative yoga class to cope with a stressful and demanding job. Receiving Reiki over time during these classes helped her find some much needed balance. It also led her on a spiritual journey of personal healing and self-discovery. Practicing Reiki has provided a new way of thinking about relaxation and self-healing of body, mind and emotions. Patty loves to share her energy while helping others to connect with the energy around them in hopes of healing, balance and grounding.
