If you are in recovery, this FREE healing meditation session is for YOU.
Yoga mats provided. Dress comfortably and bring a small blanket as body temperature can fluctuate during this meditation.
You will learn a specific, rhythm of breathing that quiets the mind while clearing out emotions and stuck energy.
Must be experienced to appreciate!
