Join us for a soothing evening of sound healing led by Kim Huston on Wednesday, October 16th at 6:00 PM at RWJ Fitness & Wellness Center.
Through the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation, helping to:

✨ Restore balance to mind, body, and spirit
✨ Promote emotional and energetic healing
What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket for your comfort. Chairs will be provided if you prefer to sit.
