Jessica Johnson is a passionate wellness guide, Reiki Master, and 400-hour RYT yoga teacher who specializes in supporting beginners, athletes, and individuals with special needs. With a background in surf therapy, breathwork, and trauma-informed care, she helps others find calm, strength, and joy—often through nature-based practices.
