This intimate cacao and sound ceremony weaves together ceremonial cacao, immersive crystal bowl sound healing, and intentional stillness into one restorative experience. Rather than separate practices, each element gently unfolds into the next, creating a supportive container where your nervous system can settle, your heart can soften, and your whole being can simply exhale.
We'll begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, allowing this sacred plant medicine to invite presence, connection, and intention. As the ceremony unfolds, you'll be immersed in the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, supporting deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic restoration. Together, we'll close with time for quiet reflection and integration, giving your mind, body, and spirit space to absorb the experience before returning home.

About Lindsay Jackson

Breathwork Facilitator • Intuitive Guide • Sound Healer • Integration Coach
Lindsay is an intuitive guide, space holder, and educator devoted to creating grounded, compassionate spaces for deep transformation. She has been on a path of healing and self-actualization for over 15 years and is passionate about bringing people together to heal in intentional community.
Her work weaves together plant wisdom, breathwork, sound, and intuitive guidance to support others in softening resistance, expanding awareness, and reconnecting to their innate wholeness. She has trained extensively in plant medicine integration and completed a Master Plant Dieta Facilitator training with Plant Medicine People, deepening her relationship with the intelligence and teachings of the plants.
Lindsay is certified in Breathwork Healing (Levels 1–5) through Omega Institute for Holistic Studies with David Elliott, and has additional training in Acutonics sound healing, medicinal aromatherapy, and music education. She is also a certified end-of-life doula through the Conscious Dying Institute.
