As you float comfortably in the pool—cradled by the water’s embrace—you’ll be guided into a deep state of relaxation and renewal. Candlelight dances across the surface, enhancing this sacred space of stillness, serenity, and soul-level healing.
As the harmonic frequencies of the 432 Hz crystal bowls ripple through the water and air, Reiki energy will be offered throughout the session to clear blockages, open energy centers, and encourage deep emotional, physical, and energetic release. This candlelit sound bath is both grounding and elevating—allowing you to drift into a meditative, heart-centered state of inner peace.

No swimming is required. Floats, noodles, or supportive devices are welcome. Please dress in pool attire and bring towels or dry clothing for after the session. You may sit around the pool if you do not want to get wet.
About Patty
In 2015, Patty discovered Reiki and has never looked back. It has truly been a magical journey! Originally, Patty began taking a Reiki Restorative yoga class to cope with a stressful and demanding job. Receiving Reiki over time during these classes helped her find some much needed balance. It also led her on a spiritual journey of personal healing and self-discovery. Practicing Reiki has provided a new way of thinking about relaxation and self-healing of body, mind and emotions. Patty loves to share her energy while helping others to connect with the energy around them in hopes of healing, balance and grounding.

Location: Studio 67 at 67 N Main Street Medford, NJIn the first part of the sound immersion, the gongs will carry us into a relaxing, meditative journey. In the second half of the sound immersion, the crystal bowls will rebalance and align the chakras. Reiki will be provided during the evening also to help restore physical and emotional balance.
It is in the cells of the body that we hold the emotional wounds and traumas of our lives and the function of energy healing is to excavate, release, refresh and renew.
By clearing blockages and releasing these painful experiences we make room for LIGHT, creating healing, and higher vibration and frequency within. Which allows more freedom and authenticity in our lives! During each session, we will set intentions to manifest desired outcomes.
Resting comfortably in a crystalline sound warp, attendees will experience the frequencies and harmonies of crystal singing bowls and settle into an ultra relaxing brainwave state where healing, revelations, and magic can happen.

Diana J Donofrio, is a 200 hr Vinyasa Yoga Instructor. She is also certified in Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra. Diana is a sound practitioner trained on Crystal Sound Bowls and Gongs. Diana completed Sound Healing Certification Level 1 with My Vinyasa Practice and Crystal Bowl training with Michelle Bunting.
