Family Constellations— Healing Generational Trauma

Family Constellations looks at current personal issues within a larger context, primarily the family system. In working with an energy field (a certain frequency), participants experience and report the felt sensations of any person (or element) they are representing and how the person is relating to others. ​Some people feel this experience is similar to channeling, mediumship, or having psychic senses. However, no experience is required. We acknowledge truths, identify missing elements or blocks, and move towards resolution. When 'what has been unseen and unspoken' becomes acknowledged, we can see how the system energetically shifts into alignment. This energy then reaches out to those involved in the issue. The format will be:
-Brief intro to Family Constellations: the Orders of Love
-Group exercise for everyone: working with the Knowing (energy field) and representing
-Journal prompt: Hidden Loyalties to our Mother and Father
-One person will be randomly selected to be the focused client. The client will share an issue they would like change with. Other participants can volunteer to represent in the constellation. If time remains, another focused client will be selected. A full constellation for one person typically takes 1.5—2 hours.

This is a wonderful opportunity to develop your body awareness and intuition; receive healing; and experience the magic of constellation work!

Cost: $55 flat rate per person, whether you are an observer, representative, or focus client. This event is limited to 7 participants for a small group experience.

Tammy Hayano is a holistic practitioner based in Alameda, CA. She received her 1:1 Constellations and Advanced Constellation Training under Leslie Nipps https://www.conviviumconstellations.com/ in 2020. She facilitates online and in-person Family Constellations in 1:1 and group settings. Tammy is also trained in TRE®/ tension-trauma release, Circular Breathwork, Hatha yoga, and Innerdance Energy Work.
