FAQs
What is a Family Constellation?
A Family Constellations is a therapeutic method which draws on family systems therapy, drama therapy and Zulu beliefs and attitudes about family. Through group work, participants represent members in a family system to help the client/seeker gain insight into beliefs that their family may have held onto for generations…connected to a family’s rules around belonging…connected to a family’s trauma and identity.
