Body Map—Make Art With an Intergenerational Group!

Body Maps are a visual expression of ideas, fears, loves, and dreams we each hold inside. The workshop would begin with a circle-sharing with each participant choosing one part element they carry in their mind (idea), heart (feeling), hands (doing) or feet (going).

We will ask ourselves:

• How does the world see us?
• How do we see ourselves?

And create images and textures to represent this on our very own Body Map!
