Contemplatives of Ascent is a community committed to deepening our spiritual lives by journeying together in a lifestyle of abiding in God's presence through prayer and contemplation. We begin each gathering with a peaceful 15-minute Ignatian meditation, centering our hearts and minds. This is followed by rich discussions and reflections on key topics such as Ignatian Spirituality, Desert Spirituality, the practice of prayer, cultivating the Presence of God, and the transformative power of Christian meditation. As part of this group, you'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and authentically share your heart with others on a similar spiritual path. Together, we seek a deeper connection to God and a more profound experience of His grace in our everyday lives.
