This is a beginner friendly contemporary dance online open class focusing on improvisation and body exploration exercises. We welcome participants with no dance experience as well as those who have experience in other dance styles but are curious to explore the contemporary style.

Hi, I'm Nina. I recently graduated with an MA in Dance Performance from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in UK. I'm passionate about making contemporary dance accessible and joyful for everyone, regardless of experience level. My goal is to create an encouraging space where you can explore movement freely and discover the dancer within you.
