Lead the testing
If you wonder how to get into test leadership then this talk is for you!
It's about understanding test leadership, about all the kinds of testing
and the activities that go with leading testing. To lead testing does not
require a formal management role - but it does require initiative and outlook
besides the daily tickets and ceremonies. Also it's about leading the testing
that is happening, not about leading the testers. The testing these days has
many sources - and there are many types of testing that need people in the lead.
