Building a 40+ real-phone test-automation lab for Firefox OS

Details
Come hear Stephen Donner from Mozilla talk about the goals, challenges, and lessons learned from "Building a 40+ real-phone test-automation lab for Firefox OS". We'll be meeting at Mozilla's office in San Francisco, with food and beer beginning at 6:30, followed by brief announcements and Stephen's presentation at 7:00.
The event will be live-streamed and available as a recording (https://air.mozilla.org/building-a-40-real-phone-test-automation-lab-for-firefox-os-goals-challenges-lessons-learnt/).
Description
You might not find much information on the topic of large-scale, real-device (phone) test-automation labs, searching the Web. At least, Stephen and his team didn't, and, chartered with designing, building, and maintaining a Firefox OS phone-automation lab of over 40 devices, from the ground up, will share their goals, many challenges, successes, and lots of lessons learned along the way. It's his hope that this will at least be a highly informative presentation and discussion, if not helpful to some of you, specifically!
Bio
Stephen manages Mozilla's Web QA team, who, in addition to manual and automated testing of 18+ websites and applications, used to also be responsible for Python-based, on-phone test automation for Firefox OS. He's been with Mozilla Corporation for over 7 years, and with the Mozilla project itself as a contributor (both paid and non), for over 14 years.
