★Due to preparation reasons, please don't cancel your sign-up at the last minutes or a day before the meetup, except (1) if you're sick and/or (2) if you need to work on weekends. If you can't join, please cancel your sign-up at least 2 days before the meetup. Also, please come to the venue by starting time. (I don't want people overslept and couldn't come on time or being late over 20 or more minutes (except significant train delay), or didn't come even though you're signed up to come.)

Meetup Details
(1) RSVP is required — thanks for understanding!
(2) Day & Time: January 24, 2026 (Saturday) at 11:00am to 12:30pm
(3) Location: "Tully's Coffee Otemachi Park Building Store" (a café near Ōtemachi Station, Tokyo)
(4) Group Size: 6–7 people
(5) Cost: JPY 500 per person to cover Meetup Organizer Annual Fee (Just please order at least one item at the café)

A few quick notes before you join
●No pick-up attempts, MLMs, investment talks, religion or politics. Please also refrain from promoting other events or groups.
●This meetup will be held entirely in English. It’s not a language exchange with separate English and Japanese sessions—just a chance to speak naturally in English.

Meetup Contents
1. Come to the venue and grab a cup of coffee/tea at the register.
2. Have a seat. (I'll put Meetup sign paper on table)
3. Quick 30 seconds self-introduction from each person.
4. Ice-break Trivia Quiz?
5. "Discussion Topic of the Day" + brief explanation about such Topic.
6. Quickly share one or two opinion or knowledge about such Topic.
7. Make 2 teams and discuss among participants in each team ((1) Pro Team and Con Team or (2) Topic A Team and Topic B Team) (e.g. Cashless Society Team and Cash-only Team)
8. Share opinions and thoughts from each team.

★Meetup準備のため、(1)体調不良の場合、および／または、(2)週末働かなければいけない場合、を除き、当日ギリギリまたは前日に参加表明を取り下げないでください。もし参加できない場合、最低2日前までに参加表明をキャンセルしてください。また、開始時間までに開催場所へお越しください。(寝坊して来れなくなったり、(電車の大幅遅延を除き)20分以上遅刻したり、参加表明したのに来なかったりするのが大嫌いです!!!)

(5) 参加費：お一人様500円(Meetup Main Organizerにのみ課される年間費用を賄うため)(カフェ開催になりますので、お一人様1品以上注文をお願いいたします)

・このmeetupは、英語で進行します。英会話タイムと日本語会話タイムを交互に設けるというlanguage exchange形式のmeetupではありませんのでご留意ください。

Meetup内容
1. 開催場所にお越しいただき、レジでコーヒー／紅茶を注文。
2. 着席ください。(テーブルの上にMeetup看板の紙を置きます)
3. 皆さんから30秒程度で短時間自己紹介。
4. 緊張ほぐし(ice-break)のトリビア・雑学クイズ？
5. 「今日のDiscussion Topic」発表、Discussion Topicについて簡単に解説。
6. Discussion Topicについて短時間でいくつか意見や知識を皆さんとシェア。
7. 2チームに分けて各チーム内でDiscussion Topicについて話し合う。((1)賛成チームと反対チーム、または、(2)Topic AチームとTopic Bチーム)(例：キャッシュレス社会(賛成)チームと現金のみ(キャッシュレス反対)チーム)
8. 各チームから意見やお考えをシェア。
