Seattle Say No Gracefully in Japanese: Live Class
Details
πΎ Flirting in Japanese: Polite, Charming and Respectful β Live Class for Complete Beginners
A live one-hour Japanese class on Zoom for complete beginners. Start a friendly conversation, give a compliment, ask someone out and say or hear no gracefully, in polite Japanese.
In the hour, you'll learn to:
- Start a polite conversation and ask about someone's hobbies
- Give natural compliments and answer one modestly
- Invite someone out with the soft γγΎγγγ? form
- Say no politely, recognise an indirect no, and take no gracefully
- Understand ε₯½γγ§γ, δ»γεγ£γ¦γγ γγ and why ζγγ¦γ is rare
Every phrase comes with romaji, so you don't need to read Japanese yet.
You repeat together with the whole class (nobody is singled out), then practise in small breakout rooms of 2 or 3. Afterwards your phrase sheet with a pronunciation guide stays in your account.
At most 12 people. Camera optional, nothing recorded, so feel free to get things wrong.
An RSVP on its own won't get you in. Register through the link below to book your place.
