About us
Conversations About Habits and Change
There are patterns many of us recognise in ourselves.
Habits we return to. Ways of reacting that feel automatic. Things we’ve tried to change, yet somehow find ourselves circling back to again.
This group is a space to explore those experiences through thoughtful conversation, shared reflection, and curiosity about how people think, behave, and change.
Together, we’ll explore topics connected to habits, mindset, self-awareness, behaviour, and personal growth in a way that feels grounded, open, and accessible.
Some gatherings may include reflective exercises or guided moments of pause, while others may centre more around discussion and shared perspectives.
Who is this group for?
This space may resonate with you if:
• You’re interested in understanding yourself more deeply
• You’re curious about habits, mindset, and behaviour
• You enjoy thoughtful conversation and reflection
• You value personal growth, but in a calm and realistic way
• You’d like to connect with others exploring similar questions
You do not need any prior experience or background knowledge to take part.
What happens at the events?
Each gathering will have a slightly different theme, but sessions may include:
• Group discussion and shared reflection
• Exploration of ideas connected to habits and change
• Gentle mindfulness or reflective exercises
• Space to listen, think, and contribute in whatever way feels comfortable
There is no pressure to share, no expectation to have answers, and no need to prepare anything in advance.
You’re welcome to simply come along, listen, and take part in your own way.
At its heart, this group is about creating space for more honest conversations about the patterns we live with, and the ways people grow and change over time.

What Change Actually Requires
What Change Actually Requires...
We often imagine change as a breakthrough moment.
A sudden decision.
A burst of motivation.
A completely new version of ourselves arriving all at once.
But in reality, meaningful change can be much quieter, slower, and less linear than we expect.
This gathering is a space to explore what lasting change may genuinely ask of us, not through pressure or perfection, but through honesty, awareness, consistency, and patience with ourselves along the way.
Together, we’ll reflect on some of the assumptions we carry about change, and how a more realistic understanding of growth can sometimes make it feel more possible, not less.
The evening will include:
• gentle discussion and shared perspectives
• reflection prompts
• space to listen and think openly
• a calm, welcoming atmosphere
There is no pressure to arrive with answers, achievements, or progress to report.
You’re very welcome to simply come along and take part in whatever way feels comfortable for you.

What We Don’t Always Notice About Ourselves
·OnlineOnlineWhat We Don't Always Notice About Ourselves...
Much of what shapes our behaviour happens so automatically that we barely notice it at all.
Certain reactions, habits, assumptions, or emotional patterns can become so familiar that they begin to feel like part of who we are, rather than something we’ve learned or repeated over time.
This gathering is a space to explore some of the quieter influences behind the way we think, respond, and move through life, through thoughtful conversation, shared reflection, and curiosity about the parts of ourselves we don’t always immediately see.
Together, we’ll reflect on what can begin to shift when we slow down enough to notice ourselves more clearly and with a little less judgement.
The evening will include:
• gentle discussion and shared perspectives
• reflection prompts
• space to listen and think openly
• a calm, welcoming atmosphereThere is no pressure to share, no expectation to uncover anything dramatic, and no need to prepare anything beforehand.
You’re very welcome to simply come along and take part in whatever way feels comfortable for you.
